Dear all,
Reading this thread I understand that monk followers and shugenja followers can cast kihos if those cards does not say monk personality or shugenja personality. viewtopic.php?f=59&t=110416&p=1443178&hilit=Dragon+Elite+Inkyo#p1443178
Am I right?
Thanks in advance, Best Regards, Rémi.

Only Spells are cast, not Kihos. However, when a Kiho says, for example, "target your Monk" without specifying "your Monk Personality", you may indeed target your Monk Follower.
(And before anyone asks about Shiryo no Tetsuya, I'm consulting with my colleagues.)
