An easy question about Proclaiming a personality. Could I use any reaction between a personality enters play and I try to get honor by Proclaiming her? I yes, may I give that personality my Clan Alignement in order to proclaim her right away?

You have to announce Proclaim when you announce that you are Recruiting the Personality, and at that time the Personality would not have your Clan alignment. So this combo will not work.
