Is this legal:
In a battle where there is present a unit with Hidden Dagger, I recruit Gosho as a Reserve action, react with Hidden Dagger and give an enemy personality or follower -2F, then interupt for gosho's RA. Is the -2F on the enemy personality or follower present while the RA 3 is resolving? Meaning can I shoot and kill a 5F personality with Hidden Dagger and Gosho combo?

No, you can't. The Ranged Attack is delayed until after Gosho enters play. By that time, the Reserve Recruit action that you Interrupted with Hidden Dagger has finished resolving.
