Isawa Orinoko
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Let's hold off on asking questions about cards that aren't up in Oracle of the Void yet - I don't know where on that Phoenix forum the card is located.
However, if this is one of the Invest 10 cards whose Invest cost will not be reduced, than neither School of Wizardry nor Colonial Dojo will allow you to pay the Invest cost.
