Is it possible to play the fear 2 action on Way of The Spider and then discipline the interrupt action to create a Fear 4 that destroys followers? The rules on discipline seem to say this would work as you are not playing the same action twice in a turn. However I'm not clear if the card is in the discard pile during the interrupt window.
Thanks

The Once Per Turn rule will not prevent you from doing it. However, if you're resolving Way of the Spider's Fear 2, it's not in the discard pile until the action has fully resolved, so it's not there for you to use its Discipline during the Interrupt phase for the Fear 2.
You can, however, use the Fear 2, and then later in the same turn, use the Interrupt via Discipline on a different Fear effect.
