Hi,
1. We would like to play in Strict format. Which promos can we use? All Ivory legal, for example Family Dojo, Bamboo Harvesters?
2. What happen if i use my Ninube Shiho's ability and my opponent play an Investigation or The Sun Returns or use Interrupt the Void's Flow. Put Shiho on the top of my Dynasty deck or not?
3. My shugenja at home with an Interrupt the Void's Flow and my opponent play a Planted Evidence. Can I use my Interrupt the Void's Flow's interrupt (just like use Jade Pearl Inn's interupt)?
4. I use my Searing Siege and discard a Strength in Subtlety. When get the target -2F, after the range or before the range attack?

1. For questions regarding different formats, you'll want to post them in the Floor Rules thread found here.
2. The Sun Returns and Interrupt the Void's Flow both negate the entire action, which would include negating the effect of putting Shiho on top of your deck. Investigation, however, only negates the effects that remain after it targets the Investigation player's cards. Since Shiho is on top of the deck before the other player's cards are targeted, he would stay there in that one case.
3. Yes. You may Interrupt any action with Interrupt the Void's Flow, and in this case, the caster will be removed from play before Planted Evidence can destroy them.
4. The Strength in Subtlety will be discarded before the Ranged Attack is resolved, so you will give the -2F before you target the Ranged Attack.
