If i have morito inoue or Black Riders in play and use their ability on a holding with an ability for example yukihime's hotsprings. Can my opponent still use the ability on that holding if i have not bowed it for gold that turn yet?

Yes, nothing about Black Riders' or Inoue's abilities prevents your opponent from using an ability on the Holding. So, choose carefully!
