A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.
Regarding this: viewtopic.php?f=59&t=108058
The current Koteis are actually Arc per the floor rules. Arc currently seems to be the same as Strict per the floor rules. But what will it mean with the release of Ivory 2? One would assume that Ivory 2 would be part of the Ivory "Arc." I'd like clarification though.
That's not a rules question, sorry. Questions such as card legality are more into the scope of the Floor Rules.
