Yasuki Makoto Your Holdings enter play for 1 less Gold.
I have a Vast Paddy fields in play and attempt to use it to pay for 2 Abundant farms.
What happens if i have two Yasuki Makoto in play? Have i paid "0" gold cost to allow for refilling face up via Vast Paddy Fields? Is it possible to pay "0" gold cost for cards and trigger effects that require payment?

You only get one face-up refill, as explained in the quoted ruling
