After reading this question: viewtopic.php?f=59&t=107281
it got me wondering how combined RA's work with Yoritomo Hirom's (exp 2) Engage. Do they all get the +1 or is only the final combined RA increased by 1?
Relevant Text: Thunder Engage: Your Ranged Attacks during this battle have +1 strength.
Thank you!

This ruling has me seeking clarification on both Higher Ground & Mist
Higher Ground Your Ranged Attacks have +1 strength. Other player's Ranged Attacks have -1 strength.
Mist Ranged Attacks from any player's cards have -2 strength unless he controls a Scout at this battlefield.
Do these bonuses/penalties apply to each ranged attack part of a combined ranged attack (as they don't care about targeting any specific card)?

(Both questions are essentially the same, so I'm answering them together)
Strength increases / reductions NOT depending on targets, such as the onse you describe, are applied individualy to every combining effect. It is in the very next paragraph to the one I quoted from the Reference Rulebook in the post you linked.
"However, an effect that reduces or increases all attack effects will change the strengths of the combining effects before they are added together (“Ranged Attacks from cards at this battlefield have -2 strength)."
