When you annouce a action with multiple abilites, like Fearful Volley, do you have to annouce with ability you plan on using before interrupts take place?
Yes.
Part of announcing an action involves specifying which ability you are using if the card the ability is on has multiple abilities.
This was how it was in previous arc rule sets, and will not be changing. look for it in the full Ivory Edition CR document to be posted soon.
