As the title suggests I am wondering if a player is allowed to bring notes to the match during a Kotei.
This specifically geared towards Scorpion.
Say Scorpion Player "Rob" comes to the table with a notepad of a list of cards he knows that he wants to shutdown, is it legal for him to: 1. Bring it? 2. Consult It?
I feel that there she be some clarification on this so that there aren't any issues. Thanks in advance!!
