The Egg of P'an Ku states that it copies a target Personality. Does this mean it copies current stats, including any force pumps or modifiers for example? Or even given keywords or abilities, such as Conqueror from Commander's Steed? Also, while it's clear that the Egg cannot copy Nimuro's printed ability, is it able to copy the Tactical Advantage? Thanks in advance.
What does the Egg of P'an Ku exactly copy?
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Just the printed card. You're copying the "card", ongoing effects are not copied.
Or even given keywords or abilities, such as Conqueror from Commander's Steed?
No. Unlike its non-experienced version, ongoing effects do not carry over. This was already asked and answered in these rulings here and also here. Use the search function, please.

Sort of. It copies the Tactician keyword, which is how you gain the Tactical Advantage ability.
Note that the Tactical Advantage ability in Ivory Edition is on the rulebook, not on the Tacticians themselves, so it can't be copied or disabled. But by copying the Tactician keyword you gain access to it. Of course, it also means you can't have it in multiples. See pg 42 of the Advanced Rulebook.
