Confused about the wording of this card. Is it possible to use this on a card that doesn't require bowing as part of the cost of its ranged attack? For example, from my interpretation of it, I feel that cards such as Elite Spearmen should be able to get a second Ranged Attack out of them when affected by Sting of the Wasp. Moreover, since the card explicitly states that the -1 modifier applies to bowed cards, the Elite Spearmen should function at its full Ranged Attack 2 power.
Sting of the Wasp
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Yes

No, that's not what the card says. It doesn't allow you an extra usage of the ability, it just allows you to use it even if the card is bowed and ignoring the bow cost. That's not an extra use, it just ignores the rule of being unbowed and the bowing cost.
