If my search-fu failed, then my apologies.
Ambush - IvE Limited: Target your unbowed Personality and another player's Personality. Create a battlefield (not at any Province). Assign your Personality to attack there. Assign the other Personality to defend there, even if he is bowed. Other Personalities cannot move there. Fight a battle there (after this action resolves). After the battle ends, lose 5 Honor.
Bayushi Shizuka Political Open: Target a Personality. After the next time (this turn) his controller assigns him, targets him, or resolves an action on a card in his unit, his controller loses Honor equal to his Personal Honor, then dishonor him.
If i target Bayushi Shizuka on opponent's personality A. Then i ambush, would that personality still be dishonoured? It used to works in the past, but the wording seems to indicate that my ambush makes me the one who assigned the personality, not the controller. So he would not be dishonoured, is that right?

Indeed, he would not be dishonored because of the reason you said; his controller did not assign him, you did.
And bravo for your memory, because that Ambush/Bayushi Saya combo didn't last very long. The "his controller" text was put onto her not too long after she was printed specifically to break that combo; she received a starter-only MRP in Lotus Edition adding the text.
