When paying for farm holdings may I split the gold production from Vast paddy Fields to pay for multiple holdings? For instance I have three provinces, two of which have Abundant Farmlands (1gc) in them. I pay for the first by bowing my Vast Paddy fields, leaving me one gold that remains until the end of the phase. Does the second Abundant Farmlands refill face up as well? Would this work For a third or later holding if that Vast Paddyfields' production were increased to a point where it could supply 3+ gold?

Relevant text: {Bow}: Produce 2 Gold. If you bowed this Holding while paying to Recruit a Farm Holding, refill the Province face-up.

The clause "refill the province face-up" refers only to the province who had the Farm you were paying when the holding bowed. It doesn't trigger "after paying for a farm", it just checks whether, at the time of bowing the holding, the payment was for a Farm, and therefore it only affects the Farm you were paying in that very moment. Further purchases of Farms won't re-activate this effect because it is not triggered; it is only checked once at the time of bowing.
