So, I have a few questions regarding force comparation effects:
First, when you combine them, how does it works with reduction/increment, it sums up before combining or after combining? Example: I have a ranged 1 and a ranged 2 attack, I combine them to target a beefer personality if I have let's say a +1F to all my ranged attacks. Would it be a ranged 4 attack or a ranged 5? The same for reduction, if I have -1F to all my ranged attacks would it be a ranged 1 or a ranged 2? I have read the rules section regarding this but I am not sure how it ends up.
Second question is quite similar but with negation, when I play a negation against one of these attack effects, do I negate all of them or only one of them? I'm confused with these one because the Turtle Shell says attacks in plural.
Third question is if combined effects count as 1 action or multiple actions (some of them interrupts that allow you to play other actions), any other clarification you may find important would be appreciated.
Thank you!

Bonuses and penalties that apply to all of effects of a kind in a given situation are applied separately before combining them. In you given example, you would get a (1+1) + (2+1) = RA 5 or (1-1) + (2-1) = RA 1.

You cannot play Turtle's Shell to "one of these" attack effects, since they're played as Interrupts and you cannot Interrupt an Interrupt. You can, however, Interrupt with Turtle's Shell the original Battle action, and modify the combined Ranged Attack, which, so to speak, can be called as "negating all of them". It's not exactly that, but it's close enough.

I need a little bit more data here. What do you mean with "counting as 1 action" or "counting as multiple actions"? In regards to what? Why is it relevant?
