Hi there,
Question 1 -> The EE rules on Regions state "A province will not have more than one Region attached."
Say I'm playing Khol Wall and have three provinces each with 2 Regions attached. My opponent plays Open Warfare. What happens (if anything) to the Regions?
Question 2 -> if possible, I would like to have the Ivory-rules answer, where applicable/different than EE:
I am playing Castle of the Wasp and use Moshi Sakae's ability on my opponent's 7F personality, which has a 4F follower + a 0F ancestor + a 0F item, in the action phase. I attack with Sakae and another generic Mantis with a "Battle: Ranged 3 attack" ability. My opponent chooses to defend, triggering Sakae's delayed effect (?).
Q2.1 -> how many RAs does Sakae produce? What are their targets? Q2.2 -> can I use Tsuruchi Technique to beef one of Sakae's RAs up to 7? Q2.3 -> can I use Elemental Arrow to beef one of Sakae's RAs up to 7? If so, when do I get to target and resolve Elemental Arrow's extra RA? Q2.4 -> since Castle of the Wasp allows me to combine RAs from different units, can I combine one of Sakae's triggered RAs with the RA3 from my other Mantis?

1) Nothing. What was attached, stays attached, even if it later becomes illegal.
2.1) She will only make a RA 4 targeting the F4 Follower. The Ancestor and the Item are neither Followers nor Personalities without Followers, so they aren't legal targets for a Ranged Attack. The personality has a Follower, so she's not a legal target either. Please note that the Oracle text now makes all of Sakae's RAs simultaneous so you cannot destroy the Follower and then target the Personality with the next RA. 2.2) Yes, because it reacts to the targeting, and this occurs when the Ranged Attack effects begin applying. 2.3) No. Elemental Arrow reacts to the resolution of the action, and that ocurred during the Action Phase (as Sakae's action is Limited). Back then she wasn't in an army, so there's no legal trigger. 2.4) Yes, you may combine the Ranged Attack of the other Personality with one of Sakae's. However note that since you can't target the F7 Personality with the RAs because of the Follower, it will not be of much help in this scenario.
