Isawa Momoko + Capturing the Soul

EDIT: Never mind, I hear reading the Oracle text first is helpful.

Suppose I have Capturing the Soul attached to Isawa Momoko, and I use her action:

"Battle/Open: After the next time this turn you announce an action on one of Momoko's Spells, ignore the action's bowing costs. You may take an additional action."

and then use the action on Capturing the Soul:

"Limited: Bow this Shugenja and 0 or more of your other performing Shugenja, target a Personality, and remove this card from the game: If the total Chi of all your performing Shugenja is higher than three times the Chi of the Personality, remove him (and his attachments) from the game."

Can I choose some number of performing Shugenja, not bow them, and not remove Capturing the Soul from the game, and still remove the targeted Personality from the game if the total Chi of my (unbowed) performing Shugenja three or more times the target's Chi?
