Sir

I would like if I use the Improper Paper to cancel the movement of the personality that move to the current battlefield using his broken alliance then he use benten guidance to redirect it to personality in the current battlefiled? So that Improper paper will target the person in the currenct battlefield then effects will not happen the personality that has been moved by broken alliance will not be cancel? Wew are confused if that its right. Can you help us to clarify this situation.

Yes, the situation as you described it is legal.

Your opponent plays Broken Alliance targeting his Personality at home. You react with Improper Papers, targeting the Personality targeted by Broken Alliance. He reacts with Benten's Blessing, changing the target of your Improper Papers to another Personality (which doesn't have to be one at the current battlefield, it can be any other Personality) Broken Alliance moves in his Personality.
