Can I react with Without Mercy after I resolve Bofana's battle action?

bofana xp performs his battle action take additional battle action from dark virtue dark virtue resolves bofana's action still continues as it remove's the dark virtue from the game bofana's action resolves react with w/o mercy w/ resolution of bofana xp's action take additional battle action and snap them like twigs

if ever, can i play it like this?

edit: this is assuming the dark virtue being recycled targets an enemy card

Your first scenario is a bit unclear, but yes, Bofana XP's Battle action is a legal trigger for Without Mercy, as it fits the description in the card. It's a Dark Virtue, and it doesn't target an enemy card. The second scenario is legal to take .
