This action has TACTICAL keyword but the action is Battle.
What's the difference between this and "Tactical Battle", like on Cotrol the Board?
I don't think rules are quite clear on this.

There is no mechanical difference between Tactical Trap's Battle ability and Control the Board's Tactical Battle ability; they are both Tactical Battle abilities.
The difference in the formatting is because Control the Board has another Battle ability on it that is NOT Tactical.
For cards under the Emperor Edition rules, any Keywords in the Keyword block of a card "bleed down" to the abilities in the text box. Keywords on specific abilities however, do not "bleed" on to other abilities on the card.
