Since it doesn't say its a weapon, can I attach another weapon to my personality that's not a kensai?

Renyu's Wrath is not a Weapon, just a regular Item. Therefore it doesn't count towards the limits of Weapons - obviously, because it isn't one, even though the picture suggests it could be one.
