Also, regarding Overconfident, the other player may draw up to 2 cards from the keyword(one from entering dynasty and one from leaving play). Is that correct?

That is correct. Each copy of Asako Kijo adds one to the maximum hand size stat (as determined by calculating stats).

The rulebook effects represented by the Overconfident keyword will trigger each time the card enters and leaves play. For example, should an Overconfident card reenter play by some means (i.e. Resurrection), the keyword's effect will trigger then as well.
