Is Typhoon Surge a Water spell for the purposes of New Foundaries and other cards that look for Elemental key words such as Naka Mahatsu?
Is this true of other 'Elemental Battle' cards?
Is this true of other Keyword Battle cards? For example 'Ninja Battle' is the card a ninja card even if it doesn't have the Ninja as lined keyword?

The CR have been updated to reflect that Spells and Strategies from dual sets have their abilities' keywords. This means that Typhoon Surge is a Water Spell for the purposes of cards such as New Foundries or Naka Mahatsu.
