According to this ( http://www.alderac.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=104278 ) ruling, you can target Goju Yurishi as long as all other legal targets have been chosen and you still have targets left to choose (if my understanding is correct).

However, this is opposite of what other rulings on Yurishi/Emerald Armor xp2/Arcane Cloak (etc.) have stated (i.e. http://www.alderac.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=102225&p=1344769&hilit=power+of+a+word#p1344769 )

For clarifications sake, Which is the correct answer?

After some discussion, Abraham has convinced me and we're going to go with his answer. You can consider my answer on Yurishi xp/No Way Out to be reversed, I'll fix it in that thread.
