Can you play multiple The Heavens' Blessing to increase the cost of the card draw open action? For example if I were to play 2, would the gold cost increase to 4? By the wording, it seems like the effects would stack, but I wanted to check to make sure.

The Heavens' Blessing Open: Until the game ends, a player must pay 2 Gold to draw a card from effects of his own Strategies during an Action Phase.
The effects of several uses of The Heavens' Blessing are cumulative. Playing two copies of The Heavens' Blessing would force players to pay 2 gold twice if they try to draw a card from their Strategies during an Action Phase.
