A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.
This is with regards to rule 11 on the CoM rules insert. The first paragraph states that the rulebook equip action is performed, but "equip" actions on cards are not performed.
The second paragraph then gives an example of such an action (Recruitment Station), and states that you select a performer.
So... which is it? Does a personality perform the action on Recruitment Station or not?
Recruitment Station's ability isn't performed. Section 11 is correct, but the reference to performing in the example is not.
