With all the wording changes in Coils of Madness there was one that didn't make it onto the rulesheet.
Under Emperor Edition rules, Events that are Ivory legal and have a printed Limited: ability do not work as abilities. Instead, the effects of the Limited: action resolve when the Event resolves, and are considered to belong a trait, not an action.
(This is so that the Events will work with Ivory Event rules, which will have Events be discardable for their ability while face-up in the Province, instead of resolving in the Event Phase).
