I've got a question about Seppun Ritisharu when it comes to the Travelling Peddler, Jungle Stockade and Platinum Mine. It says that when she is out your holdings produce 1 more gold when they bow to produce gold. First does that mean I can bow the peddler and have the peddler pay for the card draw itself or would I still need to bow another holding+peddler for the card draw? Also will the gold production increase mean jungle stockade pays 5 for attachments and platinum mine pays 7 gold for attachments?
Sepprun Ritisharu and Peddler/Stockade/Platinum Mine
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

You always have to bow the Travelling Peddler, and then *separately*, produce 3 more gold. Note that Traveling Peddler can never produce gold if you use its ability, because both the ability and the gold-producing trait have a cost of bowing. Therefore, if you pay the bowing cost for the ability, you can't bow it to pay for the gold-producing trait. It's either gold or card draw, but it's not possible to pay both costs with the same bowing.

Jungle Stockade and Platinum Mine bow when they produce gold for attachments, so yes, their production is increased even if they already get the conditional extra Gold.
