I played A cleansing breath on my personality. I try to move him into battle (say broken alliance). Then, my opponent reacts with Bad Kharma.
Does the movement proceed or Bad Kharma trumps A Cleansing Breath?
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Yes, Bad Kharma can't negate the Personality's movement because of A Cleansing Breath preventing it. It's essentially the same case as here with different negation cards.
