Does a Ranged attack (or melee attack) that is reduced to zero destroy a personality of zero force?

Ranged attack 0 vs 0F personality or follower.

From the definition of Ranged Attack: In an effect, “Ranged X Attack” (where X is a number known as the strength of the Ranged Attack) is shorthand for “You may target a Follower or a Personality without Followers in the current enemy army. If its Force is equal to or less than X, destroy it.” (Emphasis mine) Zero is equal than zero, therefore the condition is true and the 0F Follower or Personality w/o followers is destroyed.
