The EE Thunder Dragon has a static text that is some what confusing. Does it's static text regarding +1 Force to my mantis personalities and giving them a battle ability literally mean ALL? Or just ones in Thunder Dragon's army?
All your Mantis Clan Personalities in play, to be more accurate. I don't see what's "somewhat confusing" here, there's simply no location requirement in the trait, so they don't have to be in the same location or army to be affected. Compare with Hiruma Hikazu or Chun who have location requirements in their continuous traits.
