Hey rules guys,

Just a quick question about TA - Without Mercy.

TA - Without Mercy Reaction: After a Battle action performed by your Samurai Personality resolves, if the action did not target an enemy card: Take an additional Battle action.

Is it legal to play this strategy be played after the following actions? 1) The performing Samurai is a Tactician uses the rulebook granted Battle Action of discarding a card to gain force equal to the card's Focus Value. 2) The Event "Harbingers of War" has resolved and the Samurai attaches a 4G cost or less Follower/Item from hand during the combat segment.
