A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Peace of the Kami Battle: Bow this card and target your Personality or Follower: Negate all current effects on it from other players' cards. Negate its (current and new) Force penalties from actions. If it is a Spirit, straighten it.
Halls of the Forgotten Reaction: After another player's Battle action targets your Berserker: Delay its effects on him until after this battle ends.
Opponent targets my berserker. I react with Halls to delay the effects. If I later that battle use Peace of the Kami on the berserker, does it negate the effects that have been delayed?

Under discussion - it's the same question, basically as this one.

Asking if a resolution to the above has been reached and forgotten or if it's a wait longer situation. Thanks!

First of all, apologies for the delay. The difference between "negating" and "ending ongoing effects" proved a bit too tricky.
The CR have been clarified to state the following (last paragraph): A delayed effect that has been activated but not yet applied is an ongoing effect, and can still be prevented by something that prevents effects in general, such as "effects of that action do not happen." However, something that prevents a specific type of effect, such as bowing, will only negate a delayed effect when it is actually applied. [CHANGED Jan 6 2013]
So Peace of the Kami would end the delayed effects on the berserker, because they are to be treated as ongoing effects until they are applied. Edit: Fixed.
