Can Moto Taigo perform the tactical rulebook ability of discarding a card for a force bonus three times in one turn?
Yes. There are no intrinsic limits on the number of times per turn you may use the Tactical Advantage player ability, just limits imposed by the rules for Tactical actions and the number of cards you have in hand.
