Does Second City Port straighten any card that has the Keyword "Market" or "Port" for example the stronghold "Kalani's Landing" or the region "Low Market"? I just wanted a clarification on if Second City Port was intended for holdings only.

Second city Port doesn't specify a card type, and stronghold immunity is gone, so both plays in the question are legal. Second City Port can target and straighten any card with either of the keywords.
