When exactly does the personality that performed Stepping Through the Void re-enter play? The card states that "...Before this turn ends, put his unit into play, ignoring costs, entering-play effects, and restrictions." Does this mean that the personality returns to play at the end of the player's turn, after the last phase of the turn, or does the personality return to play whenever the active player that is using Stepping Through the Void desires, so long as it is by the end of the turn that is? Thank you.

Stepping Through the Void's return to play effect happens immediately after the End Step, after the active player has discarded down to maximum hand size, but before the turn ends and the active payer changes.
