If a Gozaru No Oni that had been given the Naval ability from Suitengu's Blessing dies and is then returned to play in the dynasty phase through a province does it retain the Naval ability as long as Suitengu's Blessing is in play? My assumption is yes because the Gozaru doesn't go face down at any point but I'm not 100% sure as it is returned to play from a province not directly from the discard pile.
If Naval is retained then do I need to distinguish the relevant Gozaru in my discard pile if there are multiple Gozaru's there? Do I need to inform the other player that the relevant Gozaru has Naval if multiple Gozaru's are put into play.
Thanks

The Gozaru no Oni targeted by Suitengu's Blessing would keep Naval.
Entering a province from the discard pile does not cause the card to go face-down, so the Tracking Rule does not end ongoing effects on the card.
