Hi there,
I have searched and haven't found this asked before but I think I know how it works but seeking confirmation.
Hato-Gurama Your minimum Fate deck size is decreased by one. You may not choose this card to be discarded as a cost or effect of your actions if you have other cards in your hand.
Now, what would happen if you have only two cards in hand left but they BOTH are Hato-gurama? My guess is that due to Events - Conditional choice restriction conflicts, it allows you to actually discard one of these cards in your hand.
This rule is used for similar interactions such as when there are two targets for an action but both of them say that you must target something else, this this rule says ignore that entirely and you can target either so I assume that the exact same thing happens here, as they both say you can't choose this card so does this mean you can now choose either? Granted, if done in a tournament then I assume a judge may have to be called to confirm that the player only has ducks in their hand but in a friendly you can always just show your mate that your hand is garbage.
So is this how it will work or no?
