This came up in our sealed deck tournament the other day, just had a question on it. If I control a personality with a Cavalry Detachment attached and I also have Shifting Terrain in play. My opponent targets the personality, and I react with Cavalry Detachment's ability. Can I then use Shifting Terrain to redirect the action to the newly created personality?
Thank you, Anthony

No.
Shifting Terrain's Reaction's timing is "When another player's action would target one of your Personalities", which is after your opponent makes his choice but before targeting occurs, whereas Cavalry Detachment's Reaction's timing is "After another player's action targets this Personality."
