From Imperial Edition through Lotus Edition; it changed in Samurai Edition. From Imperial through Diamond Edition, the default for any action was to be useable any number of times per turn (ANOTPT). In Lotus Edition, the default was changed to once per turn (OPT), however there was an exception stating that the default for Wind card actions (where the Favor actions exclusively resided from Gold through Lotus) was still ANOTPT. When the Favor actions moved back to the Rulebook in Samurai, they were governed by the OPT default and stayed that way.
