there is Not. the best option you have is there are Photoshow versions of the card layouts out there. getting those and then modifying them as needed
Did some digging - there's a module in the MSE for L5R, just need to find the fonts and then can make any custom cards you want
MSE is piping hot garbage in terms of quality.
Also, pretty sure the fonts are not free anywhere, legally. Just FYI.

Yeah I have no idea if it's 1:1 fidelity, but if it's close enough, it'll do - I'm only editing a few cards so far for my sealed-draft-cube

The Oracle has the new card backs, I believe, and there's a posted set by Don for the old ones.
